Smile Salvation Foundation hosts first "Day of Giving"
LITTLE ROCK - On December 17th, 2018, Smile Salvation Foundation will host its first “Day of Giving” in conjunction with their dental partner Higginbotham Family Dental, at the Little Rock location from 9am-4pm. The Day of Giving will consist of free tooth extractions to the first 100 patients. Everyone will be seen regardless of their ability to pay, with or without dental insurance coverage. Patients must be 21 or over and bring a photo ID to be eligible to be seen.
This is a one day only event that will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. The volunteer dental staff, including dentists, hygienists, and assistants, will be provided by Higginbotham Family Dental.
The Pharmacy at Wellington has graciously donated all the antibiotics and ibuprofen to be dispensed that day. The UAMS College of Pharmacy will be on-site to dispense the medications and offer consultations regarding prescription instructions.
The Smile Salvation “Day of Giving” will be hosted at Higginbotham Family Dental located at 14810 Cantrell Rd, Little Rock, AR on December 17th from 9am-4pm. For additional information about the Foundation or the event please visit www.smilesavation.org.
Smile Salvation is a 501(3)c Non-Profit Foundation. The Foundation helps to provide free dental screenings to businesses, local health fairs, community events, and more. These screenings help to detect oral cancer, gum disease and possible decay for those who may not otherwise be able to visit a dentist. The Foundation’s goal is to help people better understand their dental needs, how their oral health affects their overall total body wellness, and to make oral health care a priority for themselves and their families.
