Camp Siloam is seeking a person who has a vision for using a kitchen for ministry with experience running and maintaining a kitchen. The ideal candidate considers themselves a chef and has skills in cooking meals for a diverse group of people from campers to guest groups. They have experience cooking allergy-free meals, managing inventory, managing food safety, maintaining a kitchen, working with high school and college students. Additionally, Camp Siloam is seeking a person, who is grounded in the gospel of Jesus, who understands and honors Southern Baptist doctrine and culture, who works well as a team, who can supervise staff and volunteers, but a person who works well alone. Camp Siloam has a brand new $3.5 million dining hall with a $500,000 kitchen.
