Ouachita Baptist University will begin a new campus tradition with this week’s outdoor spring commencement, May 10 at 9:30 a.m., on the lawn in front of Cone-Bottoms Hall on the Arkadelphia campus.

A reception in the center of campus will be held immediately following the ceremony.

Carey Association will host a Tent Crusade May 11-14 featuring Jack Daniels, evangelist, and The Lisemby Family. The event will be held at 7 p.m. in the lot next to the Mad Butcher in Fordyce.

Revival with well known evangelist Dennis Erwin at Union Avenue Baptist Church located in Wynne, Ark. The Erwin Family will be in concert Saturday, May 8, at 6 p.m. They have been traveling the road singing and telling of the love of Jesus for several years. He and his family are from Edgewater, Texas.

First Baptist Church Lavaca Hands In Christ Deaf Ministry Lavaca, Arkansas Deaf, Hearing, Hard of Hearing, all are welcome! Revival & Workshops: Equiping the Body of Christ with the full armor of God, through discipleship and worship. Hands In Motion will also give kids a wonderful opportunity to make new friends, work on signing skills and have tons of fun. Camp will be fulfilling the need for deaf and hard of hearing, hearing children (signing buddies) to meet, make new friends and spend time together working on signing skills while having tons of fun in a friendly atmosphere and sign language environment. We are dedicated to bridging the gaps and making camp a fun place for ALL kids. Our goal is to develop a camper's character so they will be stronger spiritually, mentally and physically.
