When Sherry saw children stealing from Manuel, she made up her mind. “I went and got him and reached for his hand and we got on that big, red bus,” she said. “From that day, he’s been mine.”

The International Mission Board is assessing needs after the massive earthquake in Chile and is ready to respond quickly to needs. IMB missionaries are accounted for, but Chilean Baptist churches and members may have been impacted.
