Kevin and Holly Carr spent fifteen months loving and caring for 22-month-old Hannah Grace Dowdie before the court system awarded her biological father custody. In the wake of her death, they honored her memory by requesting memorials be given to the Arkansas Baptist Children’s Homes and Family Ministries (ABCHomes).
