Nursing training day set for Nov. 2

The Arkansas Baptist State Convention (ABSC) will host The Heart of the Healer, a Baptist Nursing Fellowship training day, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 2 at the ABSC building in Little Rock.

The event will cover the topics of compassion fatigue, lateral violence and crucial conversations. RNs and LPNs will receive 5.5 contact hours.

Baptist Nursing Fellowship is a ministry of the Woman’s Missionary Union.

The training day is a ministry event of the Cooperative Program and is sponsored by the ABSC missions support team, Arkansas Woman’s Missionary Union and Baptist Health.

Baptist Health is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by Arkansas Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
